Stephen Korpics, 92, of Hamilton Twp, NJ, passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
Born in Rabatotfalu, Hungary, formerly of Mullica Hill, NJ; Nazareth, PA; Edison, NJ; and Rahway, NJ.
Stephen was born in Rabatotfalu, Hungary on October 5, 1929. He came to the US in 1958 after living in London, England for 1 ½ years. After serving in the Hungarian Army for 2 years he worked in the post office. After immigrating to the US, he worked at The Fulton Restaurant in Rahway, NJ and made his way up to a Chef. He then worked as a Butcher for Pathmark Supermarkets for 27 years.
He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. Beloved Husband to the late Anna Korpics (nee Donscecz), devoted father to Frank and wife Diane of Hamilton Twp, NJ, and father to the late Steven Korpics. Loving Pop-Pop to Matthew and Lauren, who adored him. Stephen was also predeceased by his parents Maria and Istvan Korpics.
Viewing Wed. Jan. 19 from 10:30 am-12:30 pm at FERTIGFUNERALHOME, 63 N. Main St., Mullica Hill, NJ 08062, followed by services. Burial St. Joseph Cemetery.
