Happy birthday to you, Steve. You were the first person I met when I moved to SF, and definitely one of the friendliest, kindest, & most welcoming. I still think I see your smiling face around town every now and then. I guess that means there will always be a piece of you in San Francisco. I hope today brings many fond memories to Fiona, your close friends, & family. Much love, Audrey

Fiona, I have known you since the 70’s back in PR. We were neighbors and share great memories. I looked for you in FB until I finally found you. One of the first things you shared with me was the excitement of marrying Steve. The love between you two was obvious to everyone. I am sorry Fiona. My prayers are with you and family. Lots of besos, abrazos, and love your way.... RIP Steve

I am so very sorry for your tragic loss. Steve was a wonderful person and he loved life. I met him in 1975 at Camden High through his love of running. He and my brother Ed ran cross-country and track. It was through Steve that I was able to meet his sister, Vicki, one of best and dearest friends! My prayers go out to you Fiona and all the family. Steve will be greatly missed! Linda Tico

Mike, Mary and family,
My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Can't imagine how difficult this must be to try to understand. Remember my Grandma struggling when we lost my Mother and when it's so unexpected, even tougher. He was doing what he loved and living his life to the fullest, something we try to remember to do every day.

I offer my deepest condolences and sympathies to Steve's loved ones. I enjoyed working with Steve very much and had even more appreciation for the friendship we forged. I think the best way for me to summarize what I liked best about Steve was that he always took the effort to live life the way he wanted to. He wanted to do things that made him happy, and he chased them. Simple but wise.

Fiona, Mary and Mike,
Steve was my buddy and friend for almost 30 years between ARGOSystems and Applied Signal. I loved his outlook, the discussions we had (business and personal), and his great sense of humor! We shared many good times and I most appreciate that he took the time to come to visit me while I was recovering from my accident last summer.
