A letter from Standard Beverage Co.:

"It is with the greatest of sadness that we deliver to you today the heartbreaking news of the death of one of our SBC family members and friend, Steve Parr. We've been informed that Steve passed away in his home on Monday.

Steve worked 30 of his 32 years in the Spirits divisions. He was many times Salesperson of the Month and more importantly a mentor to young sales reps over the years. One of his supervisors noted "Show those new guys how it is done!" and Steve did indeed do that.

Just as Steve loved to watch young sales reps grow, one of the things he loved most was gardening. Gardening is tedious and hard work, but there is something that gardeners know and experience that other sometimes do not. Steve saw a satisfaction in seeing the result of his labor grow in the reps he worked with and the plants he nurtured.*

*Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.

With deepest sorrow,

Darrell Swank, Ryan Thurlow, Joe Fairchild
