Steve, thank you for all you did for us when you came over. You always cooked us meals that were so good! You made us all laugh and we loved you. I know how you loved golf too and I will always think of you as I watch it. I am glad you are not in pain anymore, and God has you in his hands now. Rest in heaven and we will see you again one day. I want to thank you Steve for always coming with Laurie to visit me and helping me with all the things that needed to be done around the house. You were always walking in the door and asking me what needed to be fixed or what errands you could run for me. You helped me more than anyone else and for that I thank you so much. Thank you also for all the meals you made for me and Sharon. Those meatballs were the most delicious meatballs we have ever tasted! You will be missed so. Mrs. Dale King ( Laurie’s mom).

You were so full of life Steve and loved the simple things... grilling on hot summer days, golfing with friends, enjoying a cold beer on the deck listening to music, and bowling on Tuesday nights. You made me laugh more than anyone I have ever known and your smile was something I will keep in my heart and memory forever. The world was a lot more fun with you in it and I will miss you forever. Rest now and know I love you.

Years ago when Steve was a smoker, we were at an outside bar and he had just finished a cigarette. He leaned over towards me and said, " You're smokin'. Thinking he was paying me a compliment, I said, "Well, thank you." He then said, " NO, you are smokin!" He then told me his cigarette had gotten tangled in my hair and my hair was on fire... turns out it was only singed. He quickly put out the fire and we returned to our table and finished our drinks. Thereafter he smoked at a distance, but we always laughed remembering that day. I love you. Thank you for many memorable moments dear. Miss you. Laurie
