Padma akkayya, Srinivas, Bhanu, sudhakar and families - I must thank God for having let remain pedda naanna garu with us for such long time, though I wish he remain with us forever. Nostalgically, I remember, he walking down to our house at Srinagar colony most of the Sundays, as his walking regime, to cheer us up, during the days of father expiration, I must again say and recall, he saying to me about his prayer, to take him away, instead of my wife (Rama), when she was critically ill. I can never forget his wishing to come to help for needy, especially, with in our family group. It is a great personal loss to all of us. Maybe every one of us have got personal experiences with him and the attachment is remembering life long. For my age of 60 years I have several friends and well wishers and I just cannot imagine his well wishers, with his charming and enlightened (in somany ways) personality. Yes, his soul will rest in peace, as he had a contended life, with his family, friends, well wishers and we all pansites - his extended family. My ultimate salutations to my beloved pedda naanna garu.

It was 70 years ago, I first saw him getting out of a Jatka Bandi in Jaggayapeta. He was either going to Layalpur or returning from there after training in the fruit prservation work. He was wearing a half pant and a coat. We were in Nandula vari illu close to Mukteswara Swamy temple. I was six years old then, and he was smiling at me. That scene remains etched in my memory for ever. There are several such other memories that I would share with you as we move along. There is no way anyone who came into contact with him can ever forget his affection, concern and kindness inherited in full measure from both his parents.

He is definitely a great inspiration to our generation as well!! I think true tribute and continuation of his legacy will be if each one of us can pick up one of his virtue and try to follow it in our life. He is a role model in self discipline, kind heart (charity), great life style with good exercise and food habits, great leader. These are the ones I have seen. He has many more pls share if you know more. I'm hoping to pick/try to pick at least one of his virtue.

Peddananagaru is a great loss to all our families. He is a role model. In our families nobody else can reach his level of personal values, discipline, dedication, helping nature and professional excellence.
He was very very dear to me. Many more good thoughts of him but No words to express.

Dad - You led an exemplary life. Everyone that came in contact with you returned touched & inspired. You have inspired young and the old alike. You were truly a gift sent from the heavens for us. Ever since I was a little kid, I have been so proud of you. At the time, it must have been because I felt I had the most handsome and charming dad. Years later, that impression grew in profound ways as I began to see your noble soul. Your life was your message. You will forever be missed. I'm so glad I was able to spend some time in the final days leading to your departure for the heavenly abode. Love you, dad..!! Miss you. Sri
