This is a short poem I wrote in memory of my mom 2 days after her passing. 

YOU ARE REMEMBERED

Mom you will always be loved because you loved
You will always be remembered as a loving and devoted
wife, daughter, mother and friend
You will always be remembered by holding my hand
You will always be remembered by your smile
You will always be remembered by your love
You will always hold a special place in our hearts
Go, go rest in peace and be with our Father
