Sylvia P Kelley- Davis was born in South Bronx on January 15, 1969. Sylvia relocated from N.Y. to the USVI, at the age of 8 with her sister and mother where she attended Kirwan Terrace Elementary, Charlotte Amalie H.S. and Eudora Kean H.S. Later she relocated to St. Petersburg Fl, and was a graduate of Northeast High School. Sylvia has received her A.S. at St Petersburg College, and her degree in theology from, Life Christian University.  She was a Medical Assistant for well over 25 year. 16 of those years was spent at Pinellas Hematology and Oncology.   Sylvia was an active member and in the choir at Word of life Fellowship Church.
