Ms. Tabitha Evett Tucker, the daughter of the late Diane Tucker and George L. Cofield was born December 13, 1983 in Chambers County, AL.  She departed this life on August 29, 2012 at the West GA Medical Center, LaGrange, GA.

Tabitha received her education in the Chambers County Public Schools.

She enjoyed singing, being with her family and being a mother to her children, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one sibling, Estelle Tucker.

She leaves to cherish her sweet memories, one son, Tay Qwan Dowdell, West Point, GA; two daughters, LaKendra Melton, Lanett, AL and Angielissa Dowdell, West Point, GA; her father, George L. Cofield, Anniston, AL;  two brothers, Lee Tucker, West Point, GA, Daniel Glaze, Montgomery, AL; five sisters, Annie Tucker, West Point, GA; Denise Tucker, Lanett, AL; Eddie Tucker, Tampa, FL; Daphine Floyd, Atlanta, GA and  Angela(Calvin)Clark, Montgomery, AL;  paternal grandmother, Willie E. Cofield, Lanett, AL; a host of aunts, great aunts,  uncles, nieces, nephews, cousin and other relatives and friends.
