Ted Randolph Moss, 74, a lifetime resident of Granville County, passed away at Hock Family Pavilion in Durham.
A native of Granville County, he was the son of the late Carl Irwin and Mary Lee Gordon Moss. He was of the Baptist faith and retired from Unstead Youth Center in Butner.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday December 8, 2013 in the Eakes Funeral Chapel in Creedmoor by Rev. Eddie Nutt. Burial will be in Carolina Memorial Gardens in Creedmoor.
Surviving are two sisters, Patsy M. Sanders of Port Orange, Fla., Rebecca M. Bell of Wilmington, two brothers Roy G. Moss of Stem, Jimmy Y. Moss of Bullock, two stepsons and one granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother L.P. Moss.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 8, 2013 from 12:30 to 2:00 PM prior to the funeral at the Eakes Funeral Home in Creedmoor and at other times at the home of Roy and Shirley Moss.
