His Life
September 5, 2015

Terence P. "Boo" Mullen was born on March 12, 1967 to Mr. and Mrs. Bennie E. Mullen. As an only child, he was precocious and exhibited a great talent in music. His character was impeccable. Early in life, he learned from his mother (a Sunday School teacher) the wisdom of King Solomon--as interpreted in Proverbs to be a respectable man child. He lived by the principles of love, kindness and obedience in both social and spiritual laws.

At the young age of twelve, regrettably Terence was preceded in death by his father, Bennie Earl Mullen. With absence of his father, all of his youthful and adult life, he showed great devotion to his mother.

Terence attended S.L. Lewis Elementary and graduated from Feldwood High School. He received a Bachelor's of Science Degree from the prestigious Tuskegee University along with five other members of his family. His work experience includes twenty-three years as a technician in Medical Laboratory Services at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, GA.

On Saturday, August 29, 2015, Terence P. Mullen passed quietly and peacefully under the watchful eye of his mother, Margaret. In her eyes, Terence was the perfect child. Any woman would be proud to have a child like Boo.

In addition to his mother, Margaret Mullen, he leaves to rejoice in the memory of his presence, his long-time friend, Sonya Alston; three uncles, John W. (Thomasine) Hicks, Jr. And Larry (Lynne) Hicks; first cousins, Dr. Audrey (William) Hodge, Brett Preston and sisters, Bridgett and Leajuanne Preston, William (Waleska) Hicks; second cousins, Alani and Alicia Hodge, Elaina Preston, Isaiah and Elijah Hicks; along with a host of relatives and friends including his very special friends, Geofry (Gloria) Wells and Juan.
