Terry Gwen Bachman

1949-2013

Our hearts will forever be saddened, but the night skies will eternally be brightened by its most recent golden star, Terry Gwen Bachman. Though only 64, she led a life well lived and was loved by her family, friends and colleagues.

Known as "Nurse Terry" to many, Terry loved her career as a Public Health Nurse and educating thousands of preschoolers.  She was employed by Fresno Unified School District for 27 years until she retired two years ago.  To her family she was the best known as mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and possibly the most cherished, Gram.

Terry is survived by husband John Bachman, mother Clella Falke, son Darin Zuber and wife Debbie, their sons Tyler and Matthew Zuber, daughter Heidi Welsh and husband Scott, and brother David Falke and wife Linda and their family.  Terry is predeceased by her father, Raymond Falke.

A Celebration of Life will be held for family, friends and former colleagues at San Joaquin Country Club, Tuesday, June 25th, 2013 from 11am to 2pm.  Donations in lieu of flowers or gifts can be made to the Community Food Bank of Fresno, 3403 E.
