Terry was born and raised in Richmond, Indiana to Wille & Shelby Kelly.  He was raised on straightline pike with his sister Donna J. Kelly Hamp and 2-brothers Lonnie & William.  He attended Riley school for elementary, Boston Junior high for middle school, and then graduated in "1977" from Richmond Senior high .  His parents we're so proud of his accomplishments.
