His Life
July 1, 2015

Terry Cornell Strong was born May 27, 1989 in Los Angeles, California, he was the first-born child to Michele London and the late Terry Strong.

Raised in the embrace of a strong spiritual family, Terry accepted Christ at an early age, baptized at Shepherd of the Hills, in Porter Ranch, CA.

Terry began his education at Langdon Elementary, Sepulveda Middle School and Northridge Academy High School, he went on to William Penn University, then to Presentation University in Aberdeen, South Dakota, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree.   As a young boy Terry captured the hearts of his family and many friends with a huge smile and heart of gold.

Terry learned the stepping stones to success: play fair, work hard and always be kind. Terry carried this knowledge throughout his years. He loved to make people laugh with his goofy sense of humor.  Respectful, a great listener and giver of advise when needed. He loved to hang out with his Boys and friends. Terry was inspiring to all his peers. He was a person who loved all kinds of sports, but anyone who knew him, knew his heart for basketball. He played with Sepulveda Middle School, Sepulveda Recreation Center, Xtreme Travel team, Glendale College, William Penn University and Presentation University. Terry had big dreams. Soon after graduating college Terry was offered a position at Presentation University as an Assistant Basketball Coach, dreams coming true, and a chance to combine his love for basketball and being a responsible young man.

Terry leaves to cherish his memories: his mother Michele London and stepfather Fred Smith, his sister Shaterra Strong, grandmother Cynthia Fuller, great-grandmother Ella Warren, aunt Kendolyn London, uncles Eugene London and Cartrille fuller, his boys Andrew, Mycal and Jeco, his girlfriend Jackie Miller, a host of relatives and friends.

Preceding him into the Gates of Heaven: his father Terry Strong, grandparents Adel Faye & M.C. Strong Clarence London III, great-grandparents Shirley & Clarence London Sr., Augusta Bell, and his beloved friend Elwood White.

Terry will always live within our hearts and will be truly missed.

Rest in Paradise Sport!
