Honey, you will always be remembered by me, the kids and their friends. Thank you for allowing me to be my authentic self. I feel like those last final days prior to you leaving us, was your spirit saying goodbye. We took trips down memory lane. You was planning a trip out to see me and I was so excited about that. I know you were inspired by my recent decisions; I heard it in your words. I can't make it to this funeral...your spirit is no longer here anyway...but I know that you knew/know that you hold a very special place in my heart. Sanford and Son was your favorite series so in addition to saying that I love you, I will say Fred Sanford's most notable phrase..."You Big Dummy". You would laugh reading this..lol.
