The Dill Pickle

Shared by Anna Hudgins on June 13, 2011

When Buddy was 5 he had his tonsils taken out. Later on all he wanted was a dill pickle. I told him that it would make his throat hurt; but he kept on and on. So finally I gave it too him, he never asked for a dill pickle again.

Dad's Best Friend

Shared by Krissy Hudgins on June 10, 2011

There is no doubt that my father's best friend was his beloved dog Oscar. Whenever you saw dad, Oscar was not far behind him. I babysat Oscar whenever dad went out of town or had to go to the hospital and no doubt about it, that dog was the most spoiled animal I had ever seen in my life. He even had to sleep with me, which I didn't really enjoy too much, but I knew he slept with dad so I dealt with it for the time being. No one could put a smile on my dad's face like that dog & nobody could make that dog's tail wag as fast as dad. They truly loved each other more than words could even describe.
