Mrs. Pool was born September 3, 1916 in Milltown, Alabama the daughter of the late Robert G. and Carrie Belcher Weaver. She was graduated from Milltown High School in 1934. After graduateon she worked for many years for West Point Pepperell later retiring from the Chambers County Tax Office. Mrs. pool was a very dedicated member of the Five Points Baptist Church having been a member for 67 years. She taught Sunday School for many years, and was President of the East Liberty Baptist Association Women's Missionary Union. She was a member of the Five Points Study Club and served as Vice-President 2003-2004, She served as President of the Five Points PTA for several years and was also a substitute teacher for many years.

Mrs. Pool was preceded in death by her husband Earl Pool, three brothers, Robert Durell Weaver, Howard Edward Weaver and Calvin Coolidge Weaver, three sisters Dell Weaver McCarley, Gladys Weaver Callahan and Doris Weaver Pledger.

Survivors are her son Marshall Pool of Five Points, Al., one sister-Joyce Weaver Fingerhut (Herbert) of Columbus, Ga., one sister in law Doris Sessions Weaver of Wedowee, Al., and numerous nieces and nephews.
