On Wednesday, February 8, 2012, the Lord called upon our dearly departed brother to take his final rest onto eternal life. Theodus Francis Jackson, known to many as “Boo-Boo”, was born on August 11, 1957 in Vista (Lanham) Md to the late John E. Jackson and the late Gertrude Bey Jackson. He attended Lincoln Elementary School and later graduated from Largo High School. He was the youngest of eleven children.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Marlene; two sons, Legacy Winters and Derrick Jackson; one step-son Ossie Pierce; two sisters, Martha Hill and Sharon Blagmon; one brother Dennis Jackson; two grand-children Imari Andrea Winters and Amiyah Skyy Winters; sisters-in-law Joyce Prentice and Brenda Beagle; brother-in-law Clyde Prentice; and a host of other family and friends.

Miss you Dad!
It’s been a year since I’ve seen your face, heard your voice, or seen you smile. There is not a day that goes by I don’t think about you; things are not the same without you, but I know you are in better place now. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. We must embrace pain and burn it as fuel for our journey. Though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower, we will grieve not; rather find strength in what remains behind. I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death; they continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love. We all miss you and love you very much Uncle Boo Boo!! See you when I get there!
Love your niece,
Wende’
Read Greg's story first, dated 2/17/12, about Halloween candy
Greg, I think Dennis was probably off somewhere eating Halloween candy! I think he got the biggest dose of castor oil when we all got home from Trick or Treating that night.
