Mrs. Tho Kao Hak was born and raised in Kandal, Cambodia. She moved to The State in 1992 and resided in Mobile, Alabama before settled down in Frisco City in 2007. At age 83, she passed away Tuesday, December, 2013 at Monroe County Hospital.

     She is survived by her husband Ieng Hak; her sons, Bunnett Hak, Bunsong Hak, Chea Bun Hak, Bunpao Hak, Bunpeng Hak; her daughters, Seakleng Hak Kuoy, Seaklay Hak, Seakleang Hak; her brother Sreng Hak; twenty-one grandchildren; Sophea Kuoy Wallace, Sophak Kuoy, Sophorn Kuoy, John Kuoy, Somaly Hak Smith, Mary Hak Muchow, Derek Hak, Grant Hak, Bunhong Hak, Bunheang Hak, Sidney Hak, Sothea Tit, Sothy Tit, Kro Tit, Somphos Tit, Layhour Teng, Layheang  Teng, Layhun Teng, Bunthoeun Hak, Phettra Hak and Christopher Huot; and eleven great grandchildren Jaxson Wallace, Jasmine Wallace,  Taylor Lindsey, Alex Lindsey, Atticus McRae, and six more in Cambodia.
