Thomas Jerome Hanner, 71, of Raleigh NC passed away on February 17, 2017 in Venice Florida.
Thomas was born on October 29,1945 in Raleigh, NC to Jack and Ann Jerome. He attended Campbell University and he was business owner of a Pool, Spa, and Chemical Contracting company since 1985. He enjoyed fishing and boating and will be remembered for his sense of humor and love for the beach.
Thomas is survived by his devoted girlfriend Maida Nichols of Venice Florida, two daughters, Courtney Hanner Hundrieser of Charlotte, NC and Alexandra Hanner Byrd of Charlotte NC, and four grandchildren, Renn, Cooper, Heath and Tate. And his brother, John Hanner of Tampa Florida.
Per Thomas' request, a small memorial service will take place at sea with the closest family members.
