LAS VEGAS, NV - Timothy Dougherty, 56, formerly of Old Bridge, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019, at home in Las Vegas, with his wife Judine by his side.

Tim grew up in Old Bridge, where he attended Madison Central High School, graduating in 1980. He was a member of the New Jersey National Guard and worked many years for IUEC Local #1, Elevator Union.

Tim was a kindhearted and loving husband, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will be sorely missed.

He is predeceased by his father Edward; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Patricia and Richard P. Hewitt. He is survived by his loving wife, Judine (Hewitt) Dougherty; mother Constance; brothers, Bob, Ed, Joe, Mike, Rich; sister Helene; brother-in-law Richard Hewitt: sister- in-law Joyce (Hewitt) Sullivan; many nieces and nephews; and his devoted canine buddy Brutus.
