I recall your memory from our mcss days you were such an amazing student simple and intelligent. I also recall that our path crossed again while you were at the University of Lagos your radiance from the mcss days still persist. I also follow discussion/interactions on our mcss 94 platform, there you were a peace maker when there are strong disagreement between our members. Tinu my wife and I join thousands of your family, friends and well wishers to wish you eternal rest.

Tinu was more than a friend, she was a sister to me. Our friendship spanned MCSS to University of Lagos, to MCSS Alumni WhatsApp group. She treated me with respect and compassion as she fondly referred to me as “ejire”. She was a natural genius.

My prayer for her was to leave Nigeria for a PhD program abroad. People like Tinu belong to the Harvards and MITs of this world: that was all we talked about.

Nigeria has lost a gem. The world has lost a talent. I’ve lost more than a friend, I’ve lost a sister.

Rest In Peace, Tinu. You’ll forever be in my heart.

Words can never be enough to express my shock, despair and anger at your demise.
Just like that...you are gone.
I still feel this is all a sick joke. A joke just so you know those that will mourn you or gloat that you are gone.
Tinu, the little time we've come to really know each other, I've come to appreciate that zeal in your. Always pushing and pushing....calls upon calls even when I miss your calls, just to invite me for one seminar or another. One of the most down to earth person I've encountered, you never bend your mouth to stand up for what you believe is the truth. It's not easy writing about you using the past tense, but that's the reality. You are gone forever, but never to be forgotten. My amiable Fin Sec, we will always remember you
Sun ré o padi mi.........
