Oh, just looked at the Millington Star online and am so sad and sorry to hear about Tita. She and I were long-time MWR workmates . . . she was always kind to everyone she met and had such a great sense of humor! So glad that Judy and also family were with her and hope she didn't suffer.

We were neighbors in Hawaii in 1966-1969, our children grew up together during that time. Tita and I became friends and help each other out when our husbands were deployed. The friendship continued for 48 years. We feel like we have lost part of our family. I was there with her until the end. I thank the kids for letting me share the last moments with her. We love you Tita.

Tita was a special lady and a good friend to me during my years on the base. She always keep me laughing. She will be missed.

Thank You for the eleven days i spent with you. I will miss you with all my HEART. Lots of people loved her and worked with her. I Thank you all for the love you have for MOM !! Peace to all.

I am so glad I had the last three months with my Mom. I will miss her greatly.
