They said it gets easier -they lied. Todd I would give my life to have you back. You are missed by all of us so much. You would have been 49 today and I often wonder what you would be doing, what kind of man you would be. I can't find the words to express what is in my heart but I believe you already know how I feel inside, So many things have changed over the past year, but one thing stays consistent, we all miss you and love you. Each of us would give anything for one more hug. Love you Todd. Xo

21 years ago today I began a journey that I never would have dreamt I would take. The helpless feeling of the knowledge that you were gone and I had not been able to help you, comfort you, or say goodbye. I don't need a special day to remember you or what a pain in the butt you could be because that is with me always. You made me laugh, you made me cry and you left a hole in my heart when you left. You would be so proud of your niece and nephews. They are beautiful souls and I often see in them the mischievous glint you had in your eyes. I hope that you found a special place where your free spirit can soar. Miss you little brother.

Dear Son, What I wouldn't give to be able to talk to you. There are so many things I want you to know - but most important is that I will always love you. You are always in my heart and in my thoughts. I would have changed places with you in a heart beat Todd. I love you Son.

Random Memories

March 25, 2015

Todd's older sister Lennea nicknamed him "ToddyBar."

When Todd was little his hair was blond.

His first love was in Grade 1.  A little girl named Elizabeth.  He adored her.

Todd called his big sister Neah and his gramma Nana Banana, which was always accompanied by fits of giggles.

He loved his little brother Terry and his younger sister Michelle otherwise known as Terry the Terror and MeMe.

He had a little dog that he named Daisy.

At his murder trial one of the witnesses was an elderly man who testified that Todd would voluntarily come over and shovel his driveway and walkway voluntairly and would never accept any money for doing it.  He had a good heart.

Todd has

a daughter Amanda Michelle.

When Todd was little he would always leave the little bit of the french fry that he held in his hand.  He would carefully place them around the edge of his plate.  His Nana and Grampa thought that was so sweet.
