AMAZING AUNTY TOLU...

March 14, 2023
I have always admired and revered all of her three elder brothers (Uncles Tunde, Bayo, and Gboyega) since I was a little kid but I never got to meet Aunty Tolu until I was well passed the age of 10. She was immediately added to the list of my best humans on earth as a result of her all-around amazingness. She spoke to everyone in the most caring and loving manner I have ever seen, and that made it easy for me to turn to her for advice and support during my undergraduate days. Aunty Tolu's house in Aguda, Surulere was open to me at all times during the holidays.

Thank you for all your stories about UNAAB and life growing up in Abeokuta as the last child of disciplined parents and how it is important for me and my younger sister (Mariam) to always be of our best behaviour. I'll always carry all those around as a loving memory of your life with us.

Continue to rest in the Lord's bosom, TOLULOPE YEWANDE ODUYEMI (nee AKINTOBI)

Continue to rest on Tolu

October 22, 2019
I looked through Facebook hoping to see your face again., then i stumbled on this page thru google. A friend had told me about your passing some years ago. But memories of you sometimes just cross my mind. I remember vividly when you joined us in Abeograms, you were in my class. I fell in love with your person. We later met again in UNAAB. You've got this smile that can melt a heart.
Continue to rest on Tolu... i pray God continues to comfort the family. I pray your boy will live to do exploits on earth and glorify God's name.
Forever in our hearts

Always in my heart

April 4, 2015

Just 10 years old, remember being so excited that day.. It was finaly the day.. By the end of the day, everything changed. Its been 7 years already and loosing you is one of the hardest things i've ever had to go through.. Sometimes i just sit down and think about you and how you were such a great aunt to not just me but to all the children in the Akintobi family, i got to experience a part of you and i'm very grateful. I Thank God for the years he gave us all to spend with and for the life of Tolu David. Aunty Tolu, you will forever be missed and will always remain in my heart...  I miss you so very much

I can remember the day she called me and Gbenga and taught us the reason why we need to help people.

LIFE OF A VIRTUOUS WOMAN

March 14, 2014

It is true that you dont appreciate what you have until you loose it or you dont know what you have until it is  gone.

My Dearest wife, friend, sister and mother, words can not really express how much we miss you.But the little time we had together was a real testimony of an angel living in the midst of human being.Your life was something every woman (wife and mother) should pray to emulate.your life of Godliness, simplicity and humilty is a legacy u have left with us which by Gods grace will teach our children.

you taught me how to appreciate friendhip and also how to help others no matter how little it may be.

Miss you so much my virtuous wife
