Tom grew up in Nashua NH.  He attended to Birch Hill, Spring Street, Nashua High, UVM and Georgetown Medical School. He did his residency at Stanford, then lived in Texas and Germany with the Air Force. He settled in Maine, with his wife Moni and daughter Rowan.  Tom was an excellent physician, boarded in Internal, Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine.

Tom loved basketball, biking, skiing, coffee, the Grateful Dead, music of all kinds, good German beer, gardening and living in Maine with his beautiful family.
