Princess Adetomi Ademiluyi, Tominicity, I remember when you came up with that name for your email address, lol........
There is so much I want to say but my words have failed me, my heart aches.
I remember your beautiful long legs, you loved to show them off.... your skirts had to be short and your shorts, short short.... I remember your beautiful eyes, I remember your cute tiny lips, you always complained you couldn’t eat so much because of them.
You had your way of doing things, you hated a mess and didn’t like anyone touching your things without your permission.
I remember your walk, almost as if you tip toed.
One had to work harder to earn your trust, you were very careful with who you let into your space.
You and Simi would go around to different Mallams around to research the latest candy and cookies in the market.... you even had a credit line with the mallam ( your mom didn’t find that funny) ... You understood the value of credit at such a young age, a lesson I came to learn later in life........
I think of all the things I could have said to you, how I could have reached out more and my heart breaks. You even confronted me about it, that’s who you are, you say it how it is, no bs-ing......
Thank you for the beautiful memories, they will always make me smile.
As hard as itis to accept, I know you’re in a better place.
You are forever in our hearts.... Until we meet again.
