Mr. Tommy Ray Yates, age 67 of Franklin, Georgia passed away in Newnan, Georgia, at the Piedmont-Newnan Hospital on Sunday, July 12, 2015.

 Memorial services for Mr. Yates will be conducted on Thursday, July 16, 2015, at 2:00 P.M. from the Stutts Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, Georgia with the Reverend Neil Awbrey officiating. The family will receive guests at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, July 15, 2015 from 6-8 P.M.

In Lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the church of his childhood, Antioch Baptist Church Building Fund, at 5760 Roosterville Road, Franklin, Georgia 30217.
