Anton J. Kreikemeier Anton J. “Tony” Kreikemeier, 83, of West Point, died Friday April 20, 2012 at West Point Living Center. Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Boniface Catholic Church at Monterey with Reverend Frank Lordemann as celebrant. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. Public Wake services with Knights of Columbus Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Monday at St. Boniface Catholic Church. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday at Stokely Funeral Home in West Point and continue at 6:00 p.m. with family present at St. Boniface. Memorials may be made to St. Boniface Catholic Church. Tony was born July 30, 1928 to Anton and Sophie Kaup Kreikemeier on the family farm at Monterey, living his whole life on that same farm. He attended St. Boniface Catholic School. On July 15, 1952, Tony married Patsy Bures at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Dodge. Tony farmed and milked cows, delivered milk to homes for Meadow Gold, worked at Wimmer’s in West Point, and retired after over 20 years of working at IBP. Tony was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. In his earlier years he trained horses and raised German Shepherds. Tony enjoyed woodworking and making clocks. Survivors include his wife Patsy, of West Point, daughter Cindy (Ray) Wagner of Columbus, sons Michael (Joy) of Belgrade, MT, Terry (Sue) of Garfield, WA, Brian (Mary) of West Point, and Bruce (Michele) of Fremont, sister Bertha (Paul) Steuter of West Point, grandchildren Spencer, Alyssa and Addie Kreikemeier, Lucas Kreikemeier, Jay (Jess) Wagner, Leah Wagner, Chris (Tiffany) Kreikemeier, Cory Kreikemeier, Mandy (Joe) Wehner,Carissa and Connor Kreikemeier, Justin, Jada, Travis and Casey Kreikemeier, great grandchildren Madison, Alex, McKenzie, Dominic, Hailey, Madeline, and Preston, step grandchildren Arianne, Ryan, Zach and Jordan. He is preceded in death by son, Mark, in 1966, brothers Otto and Alois, sisters Clara Hagedorn, Teresa Parr, Marie Emanuel, Ann Van Ackeren, Catherine Kreikemeier and Rosie Kreikemeier.

Dad copied our old family videos over to DVD and uploaded them to a website so we have been watching those while we are in quarantine right now with COVID-19 going around. A lot of the videos have you in them at certain times and I just cry every time I see you in them.
I wish you would have been around for Beau & Lucas to meet.....they would have loved to ride around on your tractor and help out at the farm.
