His Life

Travis Corwin was born on Easter Sunday, April 10th, 1955 in Madrid, Spain.  He grew up in Los Angeles, CA, graduating CumLaude from Harvard School, and then with honors from Colorado College.  He later completed an additional degree in Computer Science from the University of New Mexico.  During the late 1970s and early 1980s he was a resident and training leader at Cornucopia Institute in St. Mary, Kentucky, where he married Beth Towner in 1981.   Over the years he worked as a computer analyst in Los Angeles, Dallas, Indiana, and New Mexico.

Travis died on August 29, 2014 as the result of a tragic auto accident in Albuquerque, NM.  He was struck by a car while traversing a crosswalk.
  
Travis is survived by his son, Tobias Corwin of Prescott, AZ, by his mother and stepfather, Donna and Gerry Smallwood of Los Angeles, by his stepmother Sara Corwin of Santa Fe, NM, by his sisters Diane Fenchel of Los Angeles, Diana Corwin of Ann Arbor, MI, and Alexandra Corwin Aguilar of Albuquerque, and by many long time good friends and caring new friends from around the country. 

Travis was on a spiritual quest.  His struggles are now over and he is moving on.
