A Columbus native, Travis is the son of Angela Leonard Huguley(Ronald) and Nathan Moore(Cindy).

A 2000 graduate of Shaw High School, he attended Ft. Valley State College and received his Bachelors Degree from Columbus State University. He was employed as an educator with the Mentoring and Behavior Services and in the Muscogee County School District. He was a devout member and brother in Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and attended Spirit Filled Ministries.

Surviving other than his parents are his children, Travis Ta'Ron Moore II and Airriana Moore; his siblings, SGT Terrell Moore(Teri), Angelica Moore, Ashley Moore, Gabrielle Moore, Toni Moore and Natilyn Moore; a grandmother, Odessa Curry; the mother of his children, Tysheca Clark; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
