Rest in peace Buddy. Thank you for so many fantastic memories, so much laughter and introducing me to soul music. I am forever grateful to you for my nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. We won't forget you ever. Say hello to Scooge (Martha) for me. Godspeed to your 'forever' new home.

"As a child we walked through the Village"

As a child we walked through the Village. We were coming from Aunt Marce's and going to Grandma's. We stopped in Levering road and looked up at the sky, I had never known such darkness of night, nor such an abundance of stars. I remember, I wasn't afraid of the darkness when you were holding my hand. In the end, I held your hand in return, and I hope in my doing so it gave you the comfort and solace in which you had given me, and I hope that you will remember it and hold it as dear as the memories in which I hold of you. We shall talk about it upon the day we meet again. Until then, bah-mon-pii n'noss. Ka-mesnin. Your son, Joe

Rest in peace, dear friend of my youth. I only remember the good times. Thank you for the beautiful children and grandchildren, and our little "great." They all love you so much and miss you, but there is one child who is very happy right now -your little Katherine Rose, who you've loved and remembered so faithfully all these long years, I know she is rejoicing now, because Daddy is with her at last. God bless you and we'll see you again some day.

We want to extend our deepest sympathies to the Yoder family at the Homegoing of Bud, whom you miss greatly. Our hearts and loving thoughts are with each one of you during this difficult time.
Bud was much loved, and left a legacy of love with all of you; this is the best gift and heritage of all. We pray for your comfort and for the sure and certain hope that you will meet him again in glory.

One needs only to watch, to listen to all the love poured out over his passing, to know the kind of man he was, and how he affected those around him. Bud's children, family, and friends all mourn, but will also laugh again, be strong again, be brave and happy again, because those are the sorts of qualities he helped give to them. He was a strong man, and he imparted that spirt to them. Rest peacefully, Buddy.
