Tyler Byrne was a name some never came across but as colleagues for him we stand still today.
Trying to find the words, yet there are none - to express the heartfelt loss or take the pain away.
It weighs on us all so heavy because as part of the railway family, he was one of our own.
We honour him together and for those closest, his memory in their hearts will be forever sewn.

I was privileged to have been one of Tyler's workmates. He was one of the most genuine guys you could come across. This tribute may seen excessive in the plaudits and positive that are said. All who would know him would not think otherwise.

Tyler's was very sharp and gave as good as he got, but in time he was valued on the railroad because of his love for it as well as his bubbly character.

I don't have a bad word to say about him and anyone else would struggle to also. To be perfectly honest it was a pleasure to be in his company because of his witty comments and awesome comebacks. He could create rumours which caused banter, but it was done in such a way it looked like the rumour started somewhere else. Even better from someone else.

Just the thought of hearing his voice as you approached the cabin of site of work puts you in a good mood, because you know there's going to be some enjoyable banter!

King of the one liners too. It was so good to be around this guy. He liked horses and had one too.

Tyler will never be forgotten by any of us. I can say I was just so luck to know him. His passing left a really sad mark on me.....

I can't believe he's gone but for me he lives on. Anyone who worked with him will duely feel the same as long as they live....

A truly great guy who didn't deserve such a tragedy.

I hope we all remember him. I can't forget him.

I think this is the hardest thing I have ever had to write and it seriously pains me to have to.
Tyler from the moment I carried out your interview for your post at Woking I knew you would be an asset to the team and my god what a team member you were, he was always reliable and dedicated to the job, also sharing his knowledge to others and was always someone who you could talk to. But not only was you a colleague but more importantly a friend we had many laughs throughout our time working together at Woking and it was a pleasure to have known you and you will be missed.

I met Tyler a few time’s and although I didn’t know him well, he was very outgoing and we had some good banter.
I left Woking Pway before Tyler joined the team, but chatting to my old friends they all had a high regard for him.
