Benedicta Atinuke Udoesu (nee Martins) was born on the 21st of March, 1980 in Lagos. She was the last child of the 3 children of her father and mother Mr A. N. Martins and Late Mrs. A. Martins. Her Siblings are: Edward Folarin Martins and Pastor Lara Martins.   Benedicta had her primary, secondary and tertiary institution at St. Matthias Girls Primary school Lafiaji, Aunty Ayo Girls High School Keffi Ikoyi, and Lagos State University ( LASU) respectively.   She was a Linguist (French Major) and worked in several organization before she gained an employment at her last place of work Zenith Bank Plc (creek road branch Apapa).   Benedicta got married to deacon Imeh Udoesu in February 2010 and they are blessed with a beautiful angel Sharon Mfoniso Gbemisola (SMG) Udoesu.   Benedicta lived her life for God. She was a dedicated christian who was a soul winner and a giver (Partner). Her Christian life soared high as she joined our Ministry Christ Embassy. She worked in various department with various leaders and Pastors.   She was the co-coordinator of the french church for several years. She was able to reach the Congolese community in central Lagos. We saw so much growth in the christian faith of these set of people. There lives were restored. Hope was restored and many of they were able to re-unite with their families in France, USA etc. Even whilst she was heavily pregnant with her child, she did not relent in her effort to continue to reach out to them.   She also participated fully in the Children's church department and the children will never forget her as she touched their lives in several ways.   She participated in several outreach programmes and led many to Christ. She also partnered with others in church and our Man of Good rev. Chris Oyakhilome to move the gospel forward.   On the 13th of December, our dear Daughter, Sister, Wife, Friend, exited this sinful world to be with our Lord Jesus.   Benedicta life is a testimony. She fought the good fight, she has finished her course, she kept the faith, hence that which is laid up for her is the crown of righteousness. The corruptible must put on the incorruptible. The mortal, put on immortality. Oh Death, where is thy sting, Death has been swallowed up in victory.   She was a gift to us and she touched many lives in such a short time. Now that she is on the other side, all she will be encouraged by will be our work of faith as we continue to fight the fight of faith.   We are all pained by her sudden exit, we will miss her greatly, but we rejoice in the lord as we are not of those that do not have hope.   She is in a better place now.   We will meet again at the Lords' feet.   Benedicta, we love you and we say we shall meet again.   -- lara
