He is Gone (but never forgotten)

March 21, 2021
You can shed tears that he is gone,
 or you can smile because he has lived;
You can close your eyes and pray that he
will come back, Or you can open your eyes
and see all that he has left;
Your heart can be empty because you can't
see him, Or you can be full of the love that
you shared;
You can turn back on tomorrow and live
yesterday, Or you can be happy for
tomorrow because of yesterday;
You can remember him and only that he is
gone,  Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on;
You can cry and close your mind, be empty
and turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want:
Smile, open your eyes, love and go on.

Every life journey is a story
Some get published
Few remain drafted.
Oli's drafts remains dear to every soul he touched.
These have become countless stories we hold in memory of him.
It's almost as if time stopped the moment you stopped breathing.
We have been waiting to hear your voice one more time.
Hey! It feels strange and very unusual not getting a response from you of all people.
No one can take your place to comfort us in this desperate moment of our grief.
But we are assured by the promise of our almighty God that,
IT IS WELL.
Uncle Kwesi the great!
Your extinguished flames fragrant still spreads.
It's not over yet. But,
IT IS WELL.

The Icy hands of death has grabbed the most adorable in our lot. Our Godfather
UNCLE KWESI HAS PASSED.
Yes so you wonder.
Precious son, husband our father, uncle, grandpa and indeed Godfather
KWESI ANFO ABRAHAM of Harlow & JJ Koffie household has succumbed to his eternal rest.
May God embrace and give us all strength in our grief today.
Yen che zn!
We may not be able to do much in this dreadful COVID19 moment.
Please remember Thelma, the children and our whole family in prayers.
It is well.
May God be our guide and strength.
