Ngabo Ushindi, age 21, was born in Rwanda on August 30,1998 and passed away on April 17, 2020 at the Dayton-based Miami Valley Hospital following injuries sustained in a car crash on Old Troy Pike, Dayton, Ohio in the afternoon of April 16, 2020.
BackgroundIn February 2018, together with his parents and siblings, he was relocated to Dayton, Ohio under The United States Refugee Resettlement Program. Prior to his relocation to the United States, he lived in Kiziba Refugee Camp, Karongi District, Western Province of Rwanda.
