I was so sad to hear of Uzieal's passing, but I am comforted in knowing she is walking arm in arm with Christ on streets of gold right now.

I had the benefit of many years' working with her at Aflac. Uzieal was such a loving and gracious woman. I can still see her smile and hear her laughter today. She was always the calm in the storm. I honestly don't believe I ever heard a cross word or tone from her, even in moments of frustration.

Cavell - I pray especially for strength for you during this time. Although we never met, I felt like I knew you, as Uzieal would always fill us in on your endeavors. She was so proud of you.

Psalm 34:18 “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
