Sending condolences to my beloved family. Our love and prayers are with you, Val was a sweet and beautiful person. I will always remember growing up with her. The walks downtown, playing on the gym set and ritz crackers with peanut butter and jelly. Taking the bus to college. So many memories and they were all good. She is now on her new journey, God Bless!

To the Late VALERIE HOPKINS PROCTOR family and friends may GOD will wipe away all tears from your eyes, and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain; for the former things are passed away. Rest assured that the LORD, our HEAVENLY FATHER sends us his COMFORTER in times of sorrow and grief. He is with you now as always. We will miss his kindness and his warm smile. VALERIE HOPKINS PROCTOR deserves to hear JESUS say well done.
