Vance was such a gentle spirit, a gentle soul. He radiated such positivity and light. I can picture his smile and warmth always. He will continue to guide those closest to him and always be with those who need his guiding light.

"We recall memories of Vance from younger days when time was not so serious, and we smile, remembering that twinkle that would light up his eyes just before his response which would send us into gales of laughter. We remember his love of life and everything in it. Oh, Jacqueline, my heart aches for you and Shauna at this time . Such a loss.

I was shocked to hear of Vance's passing. I haven't seen him for a few years, and the memorial pictures brought back so many good memories of him. I played high school basketball with Vance, and remember him always laughing and joking, making everyone laugh. He stuck me with a nickname (which I will not reveal) which my friends still use on me today - 50 years later. I really enjoyed going to Vance the barber because we always reminisced and I came away laughing and happier than when I entered his shop. Your pictures capture the Vance I remember. Joanne and I send our condolences to Jackie, Shauna, and families.
