OH GRANNY AND POPS, I MISS YOU GUYS SO FREAKIN MUCH. Happy B-Day grandma I love you!!! So many thing I wish I could have told you before you left us...I'm so so sorry I was deployed when the good lord called you home. I would do anything to have five more minutes with you. You and pops have taught me so many things I use every day. I am grateful I had the best grandparents in the world! Pops always taking me to work with him in the summers, some of the best summers I ever had. And grams you have always been there for me no matter what!!! No matter how bad life got for me, you were one of the few who never gave up on me. No matter how late at night or how early in the morning it was, you always welcomed me in your house and feed me! We had some of the best talks at 3am, you would make me food with your bath gown on lol and we would talk tell the sun was up.

Three years ago for mother's day we went for tea at Meeker Mansion. Kortnee thought we were having tea at a "real castle". She was really on the princess kick. You, me, mom, and Kortnee went. It was so lovely. I will post some pictures from it on your site later.
We ate little pastries and drank our tea. It is my favorite Mother's Day since I became a mom. I am glad you were there to share it with me.
Soon, I will be mother to another. Little Ian Donald. I know you will be with me every step of the way, from labor to midnight feedings, to his first day of school and his first date. I am so very blessed to have gotten to spend the first 26 years of my life with you.
You finally got your wish, a sibling for Kortnee. You kept saying she needed one... It's very odd that I got pregnant so soon after you passed away, I almost think you had a hand in it........
