Aunt Vicki always wore a smile and was such a lovely woman. Could hold a conversation that left you wanting more. I will miss the joy and her smiles.

VeniTA, such a fine tribute, so appropriate, Cyrus you are to be commended, every picture has a smile, that was her, full of joy! I recall her staying the night with Mom, I was lucky enough to be in the company of 2 beautiful Golden Girls who would talk until 2 or 3 am,
Venita asked me, to wait for her, to come out, before I turn off the lights, of course I was fast asleep! 1 min.

Aunt Vikki was a fun-loving person to be around. Also, if nothing else about her, she really loved her some Cyrus. I will miss our late night talks & loving memories.

A Story From Myrna-Joy Pugh

February 2, 2013
Vikki along with nine other progressive women were members of the successful Ultima X Investment Club. We studied the Stock Market and candidates for our investments,,,Vikki was always excited when it became her turn to make a presentations,,, For fun we had annual events, i.e. Las Vegas/' business meetings, Summer Pool Parties, Weekend Retreats and Annual Meetings. At our final meeting we celebrated our 25th Annual Meeting. Although Vikki was no longer an active member she along with all the members through the years attended the meeting in the penthouse of the Wells Fargo Building. At the end of the meeting, we were distributing keepsakes - club photo records...when everyone had taken what they wanted, there were many left which we were throwing away, "NO, SAID VIKKI,"I WANT TO KEEP EACH MEMORY." Through the years we had early morning chats on a variety of topics - through her life experiences, readings, prayers and praise she was well versed through her life experiences, readings, prayers and praise - spiritual, political, familial or just about FUN! In searching my emails, the last one we shared, she was patting herself on the back that she was computer literate. Always one to stay current! She was really involved in President Barack H. Obama's campaign for reelection...when I shared with her that everyone who would 18 on Election Day could register, Vikki asked me to send her registration forms. She planned to contact all the young people on Venezia Court to ensure they would be able to participate in the historical election! Vikke, thank you for your friendship and the example you set for working to make your life special! love, Myrna-Joy
