I Remember the time I met miss Honeywell she was here in the United State by her daughter in Maryland. She was so happy and joyful full of joke thanks to miss Winnifred for letting me meet such a wonderful woman Rip miss V

I use this medium to express condolences to the Honeywell family on the passing of their 102 year old Mother mama Veta, a district icon who can never be replaced.
I have known Miss Veta all my life as I grew up in that very same district of Brighton. Mama Veta knew every child by name and their family members and would not hesitate to ask for them and send her regards.
She was one of the humblest, loving and caring individual I knew and because of her temperament she was able to raised her children in a God fearing manner. She holds her family together through thick and thin.
Miss Veta, Mama Veta, the Queen, the Icon of Brighton will not only be missed or forgotten by her immediate family but by everyone who came in contact with her. Sleep well Mama Veta sleep and take your rest.
You have shine a light of humanity here on earth so rest in your Saviour for a while until we shall meet up again.

Grandma, even though I never met you in person neither your offspring but my family has felt a great impact from one of your offspring in person of Ms Edith, which explains the kind of person you were too. We love you but God loves you more.

Queen Veta, though I never met you but your values, love, care, respect and all you stood for was reflected in the life of your daughter that I had the privilege of meeting and lived with for some months (Ms Edith), values I can only find in my country home (Nigeria)
