Victor DaMarius Steen was born on Nov.11th. He was the only child of Lewis Steen Jr. and Cassandra Steen. His father preceded him in death.  Victor was always a very affectionate child. He was educated in the schools of Escambia Fl. At the time of his passing he was attending Pensacola Junior College to get his GED. He was a loving son a loving brother loving friend and loving uncle to some. He had 5 nieces and four nephews at the time of his passing.  He had a smile that will always shine light on our memories. When the light comes the darkness of the hole left in our hearts because you're not here is what brings closure. JESUS IS THE LIGHT! We love you but God loved you best.
