Victor Lane Clay, 56, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016.

Victor grew up in Virgilina, VA, which is a place he always held close to his heart. Over the last thirty years he has called Oxford, NC his home; where he lived with his loving mother, Marjorie Clay.

Victor is preceded in death by his father, Shirley Clay, uncle, Walter Talley, and grandmother, Lila Talley.

Victor is survived by his mother, two sisters, Bonnie Balmer, Farrah Pontz along with husband David, and brother, Eric Clay. He had numerous nieces and nephews whom he always considered his children, Mindy Clay, Shaun Balmer along with wife Nicole Pulliam, Shane Balmer, Shemar Terry and Riley Pontz. Victor is also survived by one great niece and two great nephews.

The family will be receiving visitors at Eakes Funeral Home in Oxford on Friday, September 16, 2016, 6:30pm-8pm.
