When I think about you I think how lucky I am to have had a man who was not only my Grandfather but a father figure to me you was so strong and had a heart of gold.Very tolerant kind of man.content inwhatever and where ever you were and made everyone feel welcomed..you would feed everyone and u better know it u had a pot of soup or chili on the stove waiting for your guest or something on the grill.Everyone knew you and cherished the time spent with you.Respect is important to u and u distilled that in your kids and they tought us grandkids the same.You always kept your word and that tought us the value of family respect was shown in return love was felt and You have molded us in so many ways and for that I’m forever grateful.I miss our morning talks over coffee and biscuits n gravy papa! I miss our drives to Oklahoma and counting the barns along the way.Even though u have been gone 5 years it’s like yesterday I seen u take your last breath.Give Grandma a kiss for me and just know you two are  so missed but u both planted so many seeds in us all and for that thank you for being the best grandpa..kisses n hugs sent to heaven on your Birthday!!
