Funeral services will take place on Saturday 4/23 from 1:30 - 2:30pm at W.E. Lusain Funeral Home & Crematory, 2060 Germantown St., Dayton, OH 45417.
Victoria Hillsman Wendling, age 63, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022. She was a 1977 graduate of Jefferson Township High School and Montgomery County Joint Vocational School.
Victoria had a love for people. So much so that she studied Nursing at Ivy Tech Community College and received her degree in 1994. She was able to share that love by caring for others. She worked as a Mental Health Nurse, a Clinical Coordinator and an Acute Care Registered Dialysis Nurse to name a few.
She was proceeded in death by her parents John and Juanita, sisters Patricia and Jacqueline, and brother Maurice.
She is survived by her son Butch Hillsman, nieces Nichole, Jannelle, and Marisa Hillsman, nephews Antoine and Jermaine Climmons, grandchildren Tae’lor and Butch Jr., and great niece Ne’Micah.
Professional services entrusted to W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory.

Vicki was always a nice person, always had a smile on her face and a kind work, soft spoken, and friendly. I last saw her at a class reunion. May she rest peacefully with the Lord, she has earned her rest.

Vicki and I had been friends from kindergarten to her passing, she is and always will be my Angel. Vicki had such a giving and caring spirit to all those that she came in contact with. She was a true vessel through which God placed in my life to exemplify how much he loves and cares for us. Vicki will forever remain in my heart.
