Daddy London as we normally call you, I still can’t believe I am writing a tribute because of your passing. Words cannot describe this difficult moment, but if this is the last time I get to say goodbye then I know I will do so with the knowledge that I consider myself blessed to have lived this life as your Son.
You touched so many lives by your selfless and countless acts of kindness, always giving and never expecting any favour in return. Your dedication to a cause was what set you apart. For every institution you worked for, you laid the path for others to succeed.
The benefits of your hard work is a living testimony for so many in the family.

If not for you, I wonder where life would have taken me to, you gave me education and made me the person I am today. What a wicked world we leaved, vanity upon vanity.
Daddy, you were and will always be an inspiration to myself, the entire family and anyone who worked with you. You have left a void in the family that will never be filled.
While we mourn today, we also take comfort in the fact that your mission on earth have been fulfilled. We thank the Lord for your life and bid you farewell until we meet again

Its funny the little things you remember from childhood. One of my earliest memories of uncle was visiting his shop when I was younger. I always remembered his shop because of the picture of the world globe outside. Whenever we had parked up outside his shop I would immediately get excited because he always gave me a drink of Ribena.
Uncle was highly respected by everyone in the family. I remember during my wedding preparations I visited him to personally inform him of the date and give him a invitation. He gave me advice and a cheque to support me.
Uncle was always a present face at family events, he was so supportive of family and would always ask about school, you could tell that he really valued education. It will be strange attending the next family function without seeing uncle there, his smile was so contagious and bright enough to light up the room.
You will be greatly missed Uncle, we take comfort in knowing that you are with the angels and are resting in peace.

Long division

May 13, 2021
Daddy, you are too funny!!
I remember when I was in primary school, learning how to divide. One day I came home and asked you to help me with my homework. To your delight it was maths. So you pulled up a chair, opened the massive burgundy World Book and began to teach me long division; borrowing, carrying, hundreds, tens, units. It took hoourrsssss and I was probably in year 4 and all I wanted know is how many 7's were in 49! lol! Oh daddy, how you wanted me to excel in my education and be the best I could be in this life, this is just one of the many things I love about you!!
