I remember as a child that Mom’s love was unconditional and expressed often. Yes, I knew she was proud (most of the time) of what I did, but I never felt like I had to do anything to earn her love – it was just there. I miss how she would hold me and I knew when I was in her arms, everything would be alright. I miss her every day and just wish I could go back and tell her what a good mom she was to us.
