Ginger was my dads niece, and yet they were only years apart in age. I remember her being so funny and matter of fact. One time Steve and I (ex husband) ran into Ginger and Carole at El Gallo. We asked them to join us and we had the best time! Great memories of Easters spent with your family on property in the foothills. So sorry for the loss of a great woman - your mom.

Mom, there are so many things I want to say but the biggest one is I miss you so much. I miss your smile, I miss your voice and I miss your laugh. You are my strength and wisdom that is so needed in this world we live in today and even though I can no longer see you with my eyes or touch you with my hands, I feel you in my heart. I cherish the memories I have of growing up and growing old and wouldn’t change a thing as it has made me a better man today. Please give everyone a big hug and know I will see you someday.

Grandma Ginger, I'm so glad you got to meet your great granddaughter Sophia. Your spirit and conviction for life is something I will always remember. Your wit and sense of humor was always something I looked forward to when we were able to talk. I am certain many of your positive traits such as having a variety of hobbies, loving to cook, and your love of dogs will live on through me and my children. You are missed in so many ways but I know you will live on through the many wonderful memories we all have and share.

My mom had the best sense of humor and I will definitely miss her laughter and her nightly calls to ask me 'what's for dinner'?

At her house there is a plaque above an archway leading in the kitchen that states: Live Well, Love Much, Laugh Often! I think it says it all, although there is another one nailed on the front door that says “Beware of the Troll” so I‘m not sure which one is more fitting! My mom would always tell me don’t say you’re “just kidding” after you say something funny; “I know when you’re kidding” and so I won’t say it because my mom knows it’s funny and I am just kidding.

Mom, I know you were always very proud of me in my life and even though the loss of you has left a huge void in my heart the memories I have of your love will last forever. Keep my spot warm until I see you again! I love you

Goodbye mom. I can't count the number of times you counseled me, offered encouragement when I had my ups and downs, or just simply understood. You were a fantastic mother and person -- loving, caring, and enduring. I will miss you.

Ginger had a generosity of spirit and compassionate and loving heart, encased in a sense of humor and pragmatic approach to life. Although it has been some time since I last saw Ginger, I will never forget her - she was a great mother-in-law and friend, and will be greatly missed.
