I am still in a state of shock. I remember vividly the day Itohans Aunty brought her to MixnBake many many years ago. She took almost all the classes we offered at that time.
She ofcourse traveled abroad to learn more.

I knew Itohan so well. She took many classes with us, in her early years of building her cake career. I in turn sent my upcoming staff to learn desserts from her to show my support for her training school.

It's so incredible. I remember my staff saying one lady was bad mouthing MIXNBAKE AND I was Told Itohan sprang up to support US 100%. She Was not ashamed to tell the world that she had gained and learned a lot from MixnBake and all the various classes she had benefitted from, i was so surprised Itohan did that when I was given the feedback. It's so rare to see such in the cake industry, unlike many who hide their routes in the industry now cos they are now glam. It's still a huge Shock to me. It's incredible. I am totally still in shock.
The last interaction with her i remember was her saying " Aunty you don't ask for me". I apologized.

God bless your sweet soul Itohan. You will be missed.

It's incredible. This tells us one more time that living is not forever. Let's make conscious efforts to be nice along this journey of life. Itohan was a sweet nice personality. Lets Reconcile with our creator. Hold no one in unforgivenness and grudge. Live and love as much as we can. Enjoy life perday in a healthy way on this journey on earth.

It's being 3 days now that you've been gone and I silently pray that you will return and another chance to live out all the plans, but am reminded by the Lord that there is a time for everyone of us.
We met in 2011 just like a blind date, when you sent me a dessert class invite even though we had not met, I came all the way from kaduna and we struck it off, you became the little sister I never had.
We shared ideas on cakes and desserts, we had so much plans, I looked forward to you getting married and having kids, alas! It was not to be.
You were selfless and down to earth, every respectful, a fun to have around. I could ask you for anything and you will go out to get it down, All referrals I sent you all had lovely things to say about you and your work.
