Vivian was born to Vivian & Charles Cook on March 27th 1951 in Springfield IL.

She had 8  siblings Darryl Steele, Cherryl Steele, John Cook, Charles Cook, Harold Cook, Tom Cook, Mary Solar, Becky Cook. 

she married Larry Sebring in 1967.  She had two daughters ,  Kimm Poggi,  and Lori Durst. After 18 years of marriage the two divorced in 1985. 

She graduated in 1985 from ICC  as a LPN. 

Vivian then married Robert Frye 12/1987. They were married for 25 year. When she married Robert she inherited 6 more children.. Robert passed away 2012. 

In 2015 she married Richard Schlosser.  When she married Richard she inherited  two two more children
